Boston Bruins winger Marco Sturm, who has missed 12 games while suffering the effects of a whiplash, practiced again today, as every healthy Bruins player hit the ice for practice at Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington.
Sturm said he feels good and if head coach Claude Julien asks him if he’s ready to play he’ll answer in the affirmative. Sturm said he hasn’t felt any symptoms since last week. The veteran skated on a four-man fourth-line unit with Vladimir Sobotka, Shawn Thornton and Stephane Yelle.
The only Bruins players missing today were defenseman Aaron Ward (leg) and forward Petteri Nokelainen (upper body).
