BOSTON — David Krejci’s overtime goal off Shaone Morrisonn’s leg just 1:55 into the extra session earned the Boston Bruins their first win of the year over the Washington Capitals, 3-2, at TD Banknorth Garden tonight.

The Bruins had lost their previous two meetings with the Caps,  both in Washington. During the win, the Bruins enjoyed the return of three previously injured players — Milan Lucic, Andrew Ference and Patrice Bergeron.

“Obviously some  guys have been out for a while, but they’re good players and they’re keys to our team … Looch, Bergy, Andy,  those guys a big part of our team and when we have them in, they make a difference,” said winger Shawn Thornton.
