WILMINGTON, Mass. — After a hard-earned day off yesterday, the Boston Bruins are back on the Ristuccia Arena ice this morning for practice in preparation for their game with Joe Thornton and the San Jose Sharks tomorrow night at TD Banknorth Garden.
A full host of Bruins are skating, but not Michael Ryder, who over the weekend was ruled out of action indefinitely with a facial fracture. Aaron Ward, who missed Saturday’s game with Philadelphia because he was under the weather, is among those practicing.
The media contingent here promises to be a tad smaller than usual because many have opted to hit Agganis Arena, where Joe & Co. are holding their own practice.
