Ward is all smiles after losing it all.
BOSTON — Boston Bruins defenseman Aaron Ward and WBCN combined to put on the second annual Cuts for a Cause today at The Harp, and it was a huge success. The event raised more than $32,000 to benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and MassGeneral Hospital for Children’s Pediatric Oncology Unit.
Milan Lucic drew the largest bid at $850. Chuck Kobasew and Dennis Wideman were co-MVPs for their matching bids that totaled $800 to see Wideman get the 0 blade (yes, he is now the team’s Egghead).
