Some of you might be wondering, what now for TheBruinsBlog.net?
Well, first I’m going to catch up on four weeks worth of sleep. But in between naps, I’m still going to post the usual links, news and views I did all season — and that will continue all the way through into next season and beyond.
In the months ahead, TheBruinsBlog.net will still be your No.1 source for everything Bruins, including coverage of Providence and other Bruins prospects; the 2009 NHL Awards Night in Las Vegas, where Zdeno Chara, Tim Thomas and Claude Julien could capture some hardware; full-blown coverage leading up to and during the 2009 NHL Draft from Montreal; free agency and offseason trades; a complete analysis of the 2008-09 season, player-by-player report cards for the year; and much, much more.
Just because the Bruins fizzled in the second round doesn’t mean it wasn’t an outstanding year or that the future isn’t bright. The Bruins should be back for an even better run in 2009-10 and TheBruinsBlog.net is looking forward to an even better second season in the thick of it.

What a great season it was, and thank you for the outstanding posts! I’m quite proud of everything the Bruins accomplished this season, and though we didn’t get to go all the way we’re gonna learn from this season and prep for next year. BRUINS FAITHFUL!
