I mean I know that long term contracts have become Detroit's favorite thing to do, but seems to be a risky thing for the Hawks - esp when they have Toews and Kane contracts coming up. I have a hard time seeing Hossa as being a good fit for the team, but clearly someone thinks he is the perfect fit. Good luck to them. Twelve years seems ridiculously long.
