Another hour, another Phil Kessel trade report. That’s the nature of covering the Boston Bruins these days. Most recently, Pierre Lebrun of ESPN.com has written that a deal of Kessel to Toronto or Nashville could take place “by the end of the weekend or at least by midway next week.”

This isn’t the first we’ve heard about an imminent deal. Really the only hard fact we have is that all parties seem determined to get something done before the Oct. 1 start of the season.
