Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli has told Darren Dreger of TSN that concussed center Marc Savard might be able to return to the lineup if the Bruins advance to the second round.

Chiarelli told Dreger that Savard took a brisk walk and didn’t feel any symptoms. He is still suffering intermittent headaches.

Savard hasn’t played since the blindside hit by Pittsburgh’s Matt Cooke March 7.
