BOSTON — This morning he was classified as a game-time decision, but Buffalo winger Thomas Vanek did not take the ice for warm-ups with his teammates — so it appears the decision was made a little earlier.

Ryan Miller, of course, gets the start in net against Tuukka Rask and the Bruins in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series.

Here are the Bruins’ lines and D pairs:

Chara-Boychuk
Wideman-Hunwick
Ference-McQuaid

Lucic-Bergeron-Recchi
Sturm-Krejci-Satan
Wheeler-Sobotka-Ryder
Paille-Begin-Thornton

Meanwhile Buffalo has really juggled its lines:

Stafford-Roy-Pominville
Connolly-Gaustad-Grier
Ennis-Mair-McCormick
Torres-Kennedy-Kaleta

But the D pairs are the same:

Tallinder-Myers
Lydman-Montador
Sekera-Rivet
