I am beginning to think that he hasn’t been that impressive. While he got Seguin in the draft, I agree with the first poster, why not get Fowler, Gormley and or the UND recruit Derek Forbort?
C. I’m grading the result, not the ” intention “. Chiarelli gave some bad contracts and i’m waiting to see if he’s gonna fix the mess he created.
Very active, but still very average moves.
He re-signs two must-keeps (Boychuk, Recchi) for an “A”…drafted Seguin with the no-brainer second selection…addresses the lack of scoring but overpays with the 15th pick for Horton…and gets a big fat “F” for not trading up when he sees Fowler, Gormley and Forbort slip out of the top-10.
