WILMINGTON, Mass. — It was power skating day at Bruins development camp at Ristuccia Arena today.
Continuing his role as a leader of the club’s up-and-comers, center Joe Colborne was often used as the demonstrator for the power skating drills, which were quite strenuous.
Some of the guys did the drills better than others.

I love the jump Colborne has made so far this year in his development. He may not make the team right out of the gate but I truely believe he’s going to be on the squad early in the season. You can clearly tell he’s put in the effort during the offseason to become a faster skater and tougher in the corners. I like the fact he said right out of the gate he has no problem playing wing if the Bruins need him.
