WILMINGTON, Mass. — Milan Lucic continued to skate with more than a dozen of his teammates in a captains’ practice today at Ristuccia Arena.

After the session, the bulky winger touched on a number of subjects, including his ankle, Tyler Seguin and Marc Savard.

On Savard and this summer’s trade rumors, Lucic reiterated what Savard told a reporter in Ottawa last month about “hurt feelings.”

“Obviously, clearly they were all rumors. So, I mean, everyone’s different, everyone takes it different,” said Lucic about Savard, who’s not expected to report to the Bruins until next week. “Obviously, Savvy took it the way he did and his feelings were a little bit hurt. But I’m happy that he’s still part of this team because I felt in the three years that I’ve been, he’s one of the guys I’ve been closest with. And obviously we have our special bond on and off the ice. I’m happy that he’s back, and he’s happy that he’s still around too.”
