Here is the Bruins’ roster for Wednesday night’s exhibition game in Montreal:
FORWARDS: Bergeron, Campbell, Caron, Horton, McGrattan, Paille, Recchi, Reich, Sauve, Seguin, Spooner, Wheeler
DEFENSEMEN: Bartkowski, Bodnarchuk, Boychuk, Hunwick, McQuaid, Seidenberg
GOALTENDERS: Rask, Schaefer
Looks to me like Tyler Seguin will play center, along with Patrice Bergeron, Gregory Campbell and Ryan Spooner. We’ll find out more in the morning.

Well Said Greg.
Although pcs can be hard to predict, I expect to see Savard and ESPN was just trying to make waves, like Glenn Beck on Fox.
I am hoping he will.
And MattCK I was including draft picks as chips.
2 #1s and 2 #2s next year too. Where are all these kids going to play?
Chia should be able to see that he needs to move on a D man.
I could care less if Providence is good and right now they look like they could beat Toronto.
y’all really don’t think Savard will play, huh?
They need a #2 D real bad. I don’t think they have the chips to do it without a draft pick included. I would do it if it was the Bruin’s first rounder, but I wouldn’t trade the Tor first rounder for almost anything.
I think Seguin has to play center since he will be this season with Savard out
I actually would love to see Seguin on the wing with Bergy and Rechi. Let him learn the same way Bergeron did. Just hope no one trys to knock him through the glass when hit back is turned. (knock on wood)
Let one of the kids that have been in the AHL honing the skills at center take the #3, like Hamill. If for nothing else, to show the league if Hamill is worth trading for. Worst case scenario, hamill stinks, goes back to the AHL, and is gone at the end of the year. Best case, Seguin gets a year experience, bulks up, and Hamill contributes.
Major chips available for Chia right now and I seriously think they need to go get a #2 D. Yes I know they have one, I am saying, go get another one.
But in the end, either way they do it, I’m fine.
I can not wait for this season to start.
Well, Seguin better get used to the center position. I hope he can excel there, as we now know Savard is in deep trouble. I think when the season opens, I like Seguin on a line with Looch or Horton. He needs someone he can pass to in the middle of the ice.
