Ference/By S. Bradley
WILMINGTON, Mass. — One day after they both left practice early, Bruins defensemen Andrew Ference and Dennis Seidenberg were back at full strength today.
Ference, who had a cortisone shot to calm the swelling in his thumb, was even allowed to take shots again. He said the thumb injury actually dates back to last season, when he and Johnny Boychuk checked an Atlanta Thrashers player and his thumb got sandwiched in between the contact point.
Seidenberg left practice because he was ill.
“It wasn’t even 24 hours, it was like 10 minutes,” said the German.

Really not that shocking to me that AF has some sort of injury. Guy is made of glass
Did we establish the over/under of Ference?
I think I said 7 games. Nagging injuries from last season, not a good sign.
the=they and check=checked
