BOSTON — Although the Bruins lost for just the second time this season tonight, Nathan Horton continued his hot hand with his fifth goal of the season in six Bruins games.

He now has a point in all six Bruins games, which matches his longest career point streak. He has three previous six-game point streaks. Horton’s nine points in six games also sets him up as the hottest Bruins player from the beginning of a season since Marc Savard tallied the same amount of points in the same amount of games in 2008-09.
