Krejci/By S. Bradley
Bruins center David Krejci will miss a minimum of a week with a concussion, the team announced today.
No corresponding roster move was made as of this afternoon. If the Bruins stick with their current roster, you can look for Daniel Paille, a healthy scratch since he had a rough day in the first game of the season, to join the lineup and Blake Wheeler or Brad Marchand to shift to center.
Krejci was leveled in a collision with St. Louis’ T.J. Oshie in the neutral zone Saturday night. Here’s a look at the play:
After he was attended to by Bruins trainer Don Del Negro, Krejci left the ice helped by teammates Zdeno Chara and Andrew Ference.
Krejci’s only previously recorded concussion occurred in 2007, when he was leveled by Buffalo’s Adam Mair.

I hated to see Krejci get hurt, but I start to wonder whether he’s too fragile for the NHL. The Bruins were lucky to earn a point. IMO the Blues were faster, more physical, and more aggressive.
Lets hope this is a low grade concussion and he can fully recover quickly, otherwise this will be a huge set back for the team.
Also, this teams sloppy play is really starting to be a problem. Until this weekend, they were getting away with it. Its time to make some adjustments. St.Louis skated circles around our beloved Bruins last night, we were lucky to come away with a point.
