The Bruins must avoid Don Cherry's biggest gaffe.

Former Bruins coach and the king of all Canadian media Don Cherry has never hid his love of Marc Savard over the years.

Tonight on “Coach’s Corner” on Hockey Night in Canada, “Grapes” wore his tie decorated with his old terrier Blue on it in “honor of Savard coming back” to the Bruins this week for the first time all season.

Cherry was overflowing with enthusiasm about Savard’s return and got one last dig in at Pittsburgh’s Matt Cooke, who of course concussed the Bruins center last spring with a blindside hit to the head.
