Kampfer could take Bruins’ improved offense to new heights
Even if he keeps playing well, Kampfer could be a roster casualty and find himself in Providence once everyone’s healthy down the road. Nonetheless, during the time he’s in Boston’s lineup, Kampfer could be the missing ingredient the team’s offense needs to better support it’s world-class goaltending and suffocating defense.

When Stu gets healthy I’d send McQuaid down to Providence and keep Kampfer up. Don’t get me wrong, I love Quaider’s physical game, but his style of play is more similar to Stuart’s and Kampfer’s style is closer to the oft-discussed/elusive “puck-moving defenseman”.
Byrnzy, it most likely has to do with the fact that he’s Québécois. Take a look at some of the other leading vote getters. It seems like the habitants of La Belle Province are the only people who take the all star game seriously and they really want to see their native sons in that game.

Steve, just to be safe, KEEP YOUR SPLEEN!
is it me or is anyone else confused how bergeron leads all bruins forwards in all star voting
kampfer, mcquaid & caron have made stewie & wheels expendable and that’s over $1m in cap space.
interested to see if chia packages them both for something shiny and new or keeps them for depth.
Improved offense ? Not with Ryder, Paille, Wheeler or Bergeron. Chiarelli needs more consistency from these four or Boston will be in big trouble in a 7 game series against the likes of Philly, Pittsburgh or Montreal.
It won’t matter which PMD is brought in without wingers that can score outside of Horton and Lucic two scoring wingers aren’t enough or PC just falls back into the Sinden days of one scoring line.
agreed. he will put pressure on some of the inconsistent d-men we have namely all of them.
