Savard
WILMINGTON, Mass. — There won’t be an update on Marc Savard’s condition until the Bruins center returns to the Boston area.
Head coach Claude Julien confirmed today that Savard is still back home in Peterborough, Ontario, where he has been since the middle of last week, recovering from his moderate concussion.
“Hopefully, for his sake — not for the team’s sake, for his sake — he gets better,” said Julien after the rest of his team practiced at Ristuccia Arena.
Savard will be re-evaluated when he ventures back to the Bay State in the next day or two, according to Julien.

Wow, that would be a coup. What is his cap number for this season? I wonder what it would take to get him as a rental. Wheeler, our first rounder, and Coburne is my guess. Perhaps another player like Arniel or Sauve….Something to think about…
Parise is coming off the IR soon, and the impending RFA will make bank this offseason.
parise hasn’t played all year
