Bruins sent Stars home sore from fights, Paille hit
Next time the Dallas Stars visit Boston, some of their players might catch a case of the “Boston flu.”
That would probably be less painful than the punishment Boston exacted on the Stars last night.
ESPN Dallas reports that Krys Barch (injured in a fight with Shawn Thornton), Adam Burish (injured in a fight with Andrew Ference) and Raymond Sawada (injured on the Daniel Paille hit to the head) were all sent home for the remainder of the team’s road trip so they could meet with team doctors.
The Stars will play in Philadelphia Saturday to finish up their two-game jaunt.

The Bruins team that showed up in the first period would win the Stanley Cup if it showe dup like that for 80% of its periods.
good way to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the ’81 brawl.
This is how things should be. All is right with the world.
