Teams can’t come much hotter than the Bruins right now.
Boston has won five in a row, including all three games it played last week.
As with any hot team, there have been plenty of standout individual performances of late. That makes this week’s vote for Bruin of the Week a tough one.
Thriving in his role as the team’s No. 1 center, David Krejci had a great week with 0-4-4 totals and a plus-5 rating in three games. Maybe the only area he could stand to improve is the faceoff dot, where he won just 47.8 percent of his draws.
Skating on Krejci’s right, Nathan Horton has finally found his touch again. Last week, Horton scored twice and posted a plus-3 rating while firing 12 shots on goal in three games total.
Opposite Horton, Milan Lucic is emerging again as one of the league’s premier power forwards. Western Canada obviously agreed with him, as he posted 3-3-6 totals and a plus-6 rating. He also fired 12 shots on goal.
On Boston’s back end, Adam McQuaid just keeps getting better. “Darth Quaider” was on fire with nine hits and 13 blocked shots in the three games to go along with his two assists and plus-5 rating.
So I ask you my readers:
Who should be the Bruin of the Week?

- David Krejci (15%, 19 Votes)
- Adam McQuaid (9%, 12 Votes)
- Nathan Horton (8%, 10 Votes)
