Return engagement with Sens could be ahead for Bruins’ Rask

Rask/By S. Bradley
The Bruins’ official Twitter feed reports Tuukka Rask was the first goaltender off the ice after the Bruins’ morning skate in Ottawa today.
The first goaltender off usually gets the start that night.
If Rask gets the start, it would be his second straight overall and his second straight in the Boston-Ottawa season series. Rask made 15 saves Sunday night in the win at Edmonton. He stopped 32 shots at Ottawa Feb. 18. He has won three in a row overall.
The Bruins-Senators game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. tonight.
don’t forget detroit, frank.
The only team Timmy struggles against this year is the Habs so no question he should leave that game to Tuukka & play vs TB & PIT
I am disappointed to see that neither the Globe nor the Herald has provided a status update on Savard. Fans just want to know how he’s doing, if the rest is helping, symptoms etc. We care for him as a human being first and foremost. Matt, please see what you can muster up for us and please wish him the best from all Bruin fans in Ontario if you have the opportunity to speak to him.
I would give TT the 3 games against TB, PITT, MTL because of Sun. and Mon. off days. Rask then goes Back to Back vs. Buf. and NYI. After that they could flippidy flop the next two weeks.
Thomas should start against the Bolts and Habs – Rask against the Pens.
Pretty sure Tuuk got the last Pitt game at home… B’s could’ve done a better job of supporting him in the 3-2 loss, though Rask was coming off a pretty long drought. I could see him getting that game; though it’ll be a tough one for the whole B’s team with the “new-look” Penguins offense. There’s no way Thomas doesn’t start vs. the team we’re barely behind in the Conference standings (TBL) or the team we’re trying to stay in front of in the division (MTL).
harder call will be giving tuukka a start against pitt or the habs.
This is a no brainer
