Bergeron/By Sharon Bradley
As expected, Patrice Bergeron will not be with the Bruins tonight when they host Pittsburgh at TD Garden.
It was revealed by head coach Claude Julien after Bergeron didn’t practice with the team Friday that the veteran left the team for a “personal matter.”
But Julien said today after his team’s optional morning skate that Bergeron is scheduled to practice with the team Monday.
Rich Peverley is expected to shift over and center Brad Marchand and Mark Recchi in Bergeron’s place tonight. Tyler Seguin, a healthy scratch Thursday, is expected to be back in the lineup.

He climbed up Matt Kalmangaro?
deep breaths, ben. nhl network is showing z’s climb up mt k.
Why is Seguin playing on the third line and Paille on the fourth????? Oh that’s right… because that’s where he belongs. Seguin should never be a healthy scratch in lieu of Paille. Kelly should be on the fourth line (when Bergy is in) because thats what he does. He works hard and provides energy and sound defensive play while still being an offensive threat. Albeit these lines are good with todays circumstances.
