Ference/By S. Bradley
WILMINGTON, Mass. — Bruins defenseman Andrew Ference skated this morning before the team’s practice at Ristuccia Arena but did not join his teammates for practice.
Ference has been out with a lower-body injury since the Bruins’ win at Vancouver Feb. 26, when he was hit behind the Boston net.
The team had hoped he could start skating earlier this week. The other day head coach Claude Julien classified Ference as day-to-day. Today, Julien said Ference is feeling much better and is scheduled to skate again tomorrow. If he feels up to it, Ference could join the Bruins for their morning skate at TD Garden prior to their game with Buffalo.

B’s always suck without AF
Good to see him skating again. It will be nice to get him and Kampfer back in time for the playoffs (hopefully).

If Chara is suspended, and Ferrence and Kampfer are out of the lineup on Thursday…who do the Bruins bring up? Bodnarchuk or would this be the first sighting of Valabik in Boston??
