Like the Bruins’ play last week, the voting for Bruin of the Week honors uninspired.

Nonetheless, readers of decided to bestow the honor on the team’s leading scorer.

Although the Bruins managed just one point in three games, center David Krejci recorded four assists and a plus-1 rating. He won a three-player vote:

Krejci now leads the Bruins with 54 points in 61 games, which puts him almost on the point-per-game pace the Bruins need from their No. 1 center. He’s combining with Nathan Horton and Milan Lucic to form a top trio that other teams are finding it hard to contain.

Now if the Bruins can get at least one other line to perform at a high level, they’ll have something.
