Rask/By S. Bradley

BOSTON — Now we know what head coach Claude Julien means by maybe.

Asked prior to warm-ups who would be his starting goaltender, the Bruins bench boss replied “maybe.”

Well Tuukka Rask led the team onto the ice for the pregame skate, so he’s going to get the start against the New York Rangers after Tim Thomas made the last three starts.

Rask lost his only previous game against the Rangers this season but is 2-2-0 with a 1.76 goals-against average and .944 save percentage in his career against the Blueshirts.

Here are the lines that skated in warm-ups:

Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Ryder-Bergeron-Recchi
Peverley-Kelly-Seguin
Marchand-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Kaberle-Seidenberg
Ference-McQuaid
