Poll presented by Sully's Brand

When last week started, we knew the schedule would be tough. But we didn’t know how the Bruins would respond.

Well, they turned in a couple solid all-around efforts to earn two wins, and then they sleepwalked through most of their lone loss of the past seven days.

Along the way, there were some strong individual performances. Veteran defenseman Tomas Kaberle definitely had his best week since coming to the Bruins. He posted a goal and two assists with a plus-1 rating.

Milan Lucic’s goal against New Jersey put the Devils away and was part of a 1-4-5 week. The veteran wingers for also plus-5 and he recorded six shots on net.

No Bruins player went into the week with more attention on him that Zdeno Chara. The captain responded with 1-5-6 totals, including the game-winning goal vs. New Jersey, and a plus-5 rating. He fired eight shots on goal.

Any effects from the blowout loss in Toronto last Saturday obviously didn’t last long for Tim Thomas, who won both his starts last week. He recorded one shutout and blocked 54 of 55 shots (.982 percentage).

So I ask you readers of TheBruinsBlog.net:
