Kelly missing for Bruins
LAKE PLACID, N.Y. — The only Bruins player missing from practice today at the USA Rink at the Whiteface Lake Placid Olympic Center was center Chris Kelly.
Kelly was shaken up on a crash into the goal post in the first period in Monday night’s Game 3 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series with Montreal at the Bell Centre. He was pushed by Canadiens center Scott Gomez, who received an interference penalty. Kelly played a regular shift the rest of the night.
Game 4 is Thursday night back at the Bell Centre.
More later.

Malicious? I saw it. It was interference. Nothing more.
It was a more malicious play than the Chara play, given the fact that Gomez was behind, not beside him. Now let’s just sit back and wait for the police to investigate, and Air Canada to express their obvious outrage.
I’ve been a detractor, mostly due to his salary and the cost to get him, but he’s been money on the PK in the playoffs. Of course, outside that he’s been invisible.
Great point, Karl.
kelly should have taken the 1st page out the habs’ playbook and embellished the hit miracle max style.
there’s no reward for integrity in the nhl.
that’s funny, I thought he was missing since March
