BOSTON — Bruins head coach Claude Julien this afternoon said defenseman Adam McQuaid skated this morning but will be unavailable for tonight’s game against Philadelphia.
McQuaid suffered a sprained neck in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series with the Flyers and missed Game 3 Wednesday. This morning was his first time back on the ice.
In his place, veteran Shane Hnidy figures to skate as the sixth defenseman in tonight’s Game 4 at the TD Garden.

will sheriff get more than 3 minutes tonight? darth quaider will be back soon.
I truly believe in an emergency, Bergeron could play defense and not be a liability
