TAMPA — Bruins head coach Claude Julien said that if Patrice Bergeron was in the warm-up tonight before Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final at the St. Pete Times Forum, the center would play.
Well, he took the ice for the warm-up.
Bergeron has been out since May 6 with a concussion.

That’s one of the best defensive games the B’s have played in some time.
CJ has more in the tank just watch…
GO BRUINS GO!!! ALL OF EM.
Frickin Text Book. If this thing doesn’t go down in an hour I’ll have to consult a physican. Wow.
Peverley out had to be a bad joke. Thank heavens it’s Thornton sitting. Who would want Peverley sitting after he wins 75% of his faceoffs?
MattK! Is that really Peverly scratched???????????? Can’t be
Best article of the week. Loved it. The D has had trouble with Tampa. It may have to do with Art Ross,Rocket Richard and Cup winners coming down on them. I wouldn’t want to defend most of them. They have some IED forwards. The B’s will have to get back pressure big time and play the team D we’ve all seen. Who knows maybe they’ll have to outgun them.
scary if claude has 3 hot lines.
100% agree george. if they start shit with bergy or seguin i say kill them all
I was happy the Bruins split the first 2 games with no Bergeron. This team will look totally different with him in and Seguin showing he is capable of playing at a higher level than the regular season. All they need is Thomas to be on his game tonight.
