BOSTON — Bruins forward Nathan Horton has been transported to Mass. General Hospital and is moving all his extremities, the Bruins announced.

Horton was injured on a shot to the head by Vancouver’s Aaron Rome during the first period of Game 3 of the  Stanley Cup Final tonight at the TD Garden. He left the ice on a stretcher after he was attended to by the Bruins’ medical staff.

Rome was assessed a major penalty and a game misconduct.
