Same lineup for Canucks without Hamhuis for Game 3

VANCOUVER — The Canucks like their lineup from Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final Saturday that they’ve decided to go with the same 18 skaters tonight at TD Garden in Game 3.

Andrew Alberts will continue to fill the spot usually filled by the injured Dan Hamhuis, while Aaron Rome will start out paired with Kevin Bieksa in Hamhuis’ spot.

“You can’t really replace a guy like Dan Hamhuis and what he brings to the table both offensively and defensively,” said Canucks coach Alain Vigneault. “Obviously it doesn’t have the same dynamics of when Dan is there.

“With that being said, we have a lot of confidence in Aaron. Right now we’re trying to roll our six Ds, spread the ice time so that we do have the right energy, the right execution on the ice.”
