It turns out that Bruins forward Milan Lucic’s upcoming nose reset isn’t the only surgical procedure in the club’s future this offseason.

Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli today explained that backup goaltender Tuukka Rask has to have his meniscus scoped.

“It’s a minor arthroscopic procedure,” said the GM to the assembled media at the draft in Minneapolis.

Chiarelli said Rask would be off his feet five to eight days and then could resume workout activities.
