PROVIDENCE — It wasn’t the type of game the Bruins will want to put on their instructional video on how to play the game, but it will still be one 2011 second-round pick Alexander Khokhlachev will remember for a long time.

The Russian winger scored twice as Team Black downed Team White in the Bruins’ Black and White game at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center.

Ryan Spooner scored the lone White goal, while Daniel Paille and Lane MacDermid scored for Black. Tim Thomas made eight saves on night shots, while Tuukka Rask stopped 15 of 16 shots before the Bruins’ two netminders departed the game midway through the second period.

Unfortunately, the Bruins weren’t able to escape the contest without injury as defenseman Joe Corvo left in the first period with a “mild lower-body injury.” The Bruins declared the blueliner as day-to-day.
