BOSTON — The line of Rich Peverley, Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand sure seemed comfortable together tonight at TD Garden.
That trio combined for eight points in the Bruins’ 6-3 preseason win at TD Garden in their first home game since winning the Stanley Cup last June.
Peverley and Bergeron both registered one goal, two assists, and Marchand scored a goal and assisted on a second. Mark Recchi might be missed, but he’s obviously replaceable.

Boychuk’s shot from the point is a positive regarding his game. His shot is usually low, and the forwards are more likey to go in front of the net when he shoots as compared to Chara. As well, he seems to get rid of his quickly. If he defense improves somewhat, he may find himself on the power play unit.

I wouldn’t throw Seguin under the bus yet!
Hey karly hungy, u r worse than Francona with the nicknames lol
They played great together last night. Julien will be hard pressed to find a RW that plays better than Peverley on Bergy’s line.
Krejci’s goal was a beauty, Boychuk unleashed an absolute “bomb” from the point! Good to see 2 PP goals…even if it is preseason.
peverley hills ninja proved last year he can play on anyone’s line.
segzy might be the long term healthy scratch if clark and benny end up looking better.
