The Bruins will try to sweep a two-game set from Montreal tonight at the Bell Centre with a much different lineup than the one that beat the Canadiens in Halifax, Nova Scotia last night.
David Krejci, Milan Lucic and Dennis Seidenberg will all get their first taste of the Habs since last spring’s playoffs.
Here’s a look at the complete scheduled roster for Boston:
Forwards: Jamie Arniel, Gregory Campbell, Jordan Caron, Chris Clark, Chris Kelly, David Krejci, Milan Lucic, Lane MacDermid, Rich Peverley, Max Sauve, Tyler Seguin, Shawn Thornton
Defensemen: Matt Bartkowski, Johnny Boychuk, Colby Cohen, Andrew Ference, Steven Kampfer, Dennis Seidenberg
Goaltenders: Anton Khudobin, Tuukka Rask
Bruins16…UGH, too bad,…they were terrific during the playoffs this past season. An inexpensive shortwave radio might solve that problem for you?

I can’t get the 98.5 feed on the internet, in Western Canada. I’m at a cultural disadvantage to you, I guess.
Bruins16,
Just an FYI, Dave Goucher and Bob Beers are the play-by-play and color radio announcers, respectively, for the B’s on 98.5 The Hub out of Boston. Unfortunately, the Sunday night game wasn’t on B’s radio. I turned down the RDS feed for Monday’s game.
Anyway, Bob Beers(chuckling), asked Dave Goucher at the 6 minute mark, after Clark’s goal, “When are the refs going to call a penalty on the B’s and give Montreal a power play?” I cracked up,…Dave Goucher almost lost it! It was too funny.

My French is poor, so I often lose the flow regarding conversation. I’d like if everyone spoke French like Stephen Harper, then I can keep up. I did sense some frustration with the Habs at times. Caron should have had two goals last night, but he does go to the high traffic areas in order to get the chances. Seguin did look great at times.
Bruins16…did you listen to D. Goucher and B. Beers while watching the game? They were a hoot, especially Beers at the 6 minute mark of the 3rd period.
Seguin is, well, Seguin…great hands, speed and shot. Caron needs to bury more of his chances…I thought his “all alone in front” on the PP last night was a sure goal but Price stoned him.
The Kampfer to Sauve to Clark goal for the “W” was a beauty!
Paul, I’m going to answer this question as part of my CBSBoston.com blog today. I’ll post the link when it’s published.

Hey Matt
Seeing that Caron has played great, talk in some media outlets that since he doesnt have to clear waivers it makes it easier for Bs to drop him as opposed to Clark… I’m confused, isnt Clark just a tryout? They can dump him too without worrying about anything whatsoever. I kow that he has experience and has been a leader, but I have always felt the Bs should allow the players who are ready to take that step just do it. Thoughts?

Thanks for the link.
Three stars on RDS; first Tyler Seguin (best player on the ice), 2nd Carey Price, and 3rd star Jordan Caron. Caron is getting a good shot, he was on the first power play unit. Still should be a little tougher for battles along the boards. I thought Thornton looked like a 22 year old kid out there, hope they make him the other alternate captain. Campell, Boychuk, Kampfer, Peverly, and Sauve also played well. Always nice to beat the Habs, even in pre-season.
Thanks for the tip Steve M. Nice winning goal by Clark. Seguin with the other.
The Lucic – Krejci – Seguin line is FLYING so far. 10 minutes into the first. Here’s a link to a french stream –
