WILMINGTON, Mass. — While center David Krejci remained off the ice during Bruins practice with his core injury, Adam McQuaid and Steven Kampfer re-joined their teammates today at Ristuccia Arena.
Kampfer, out since injuring his knee in the preseason, started skating last week. McQuaid was injured last Wednesday in Carolina and missed Saturday night’s game in Chicago with a neck injury. The return of the injured duo gave the Bruins eight available defensemen.
With Krejci out, the Bruins still had just 12 forwards. Tyler Seguin continued to center Milan Lucic and Nathan Horton.
