Peverley/By S. Bradley
WILMINGTON, Mass. — The Bruins stuck to their plan of resting Rich Peverley today at practice at Ristuccia Arena.
Peverley, who’s trying to recover from an undisclosed injury, also did not practice yesterday.
As far as tomorrow night’s game at home against Florida, head coach Claude Julien said the staff hasn’t decided yet whether to sit Peverley or play him. By scratching Peverely, the Bruins would give him more than a week between games to get better.
Andrew Ference missed yesterday’s practice with the blue, but returned today.
Zach Hamill skated in Peverley’s spot on right wing with Benoit Pouliot on the left and Chris Kelly at center in practice.

They can afford to do this with the depth they have. Rest AF and RP.
Hungus – that’s exactly what I’ve been thinking. Sit his ass for two or three weeks. Better now than for him to be out 2 months later on.
is af’s spastic groin condition contagious?
When I was younger we’d call it the blue flu. But that had something to do with Labatt’s.
Andrew’s having a blue Christmas.
I misread the typo as “Ference missed yesterday’s practice with the blues”. I was wondering what had him so sad.
