BOSTON — In an effort to have to a spare forward for their upcoming road trip to Washington Sunday, the Bruins today recalled Jordan Caron from the Providence (AHL) farm club.

Caron will not play against Pittsburgh today because he played for the P-Bruins last night and notched an assist.

Head coach Claude Julien also confirmed that Nathan Horton biked Friday and is doing well.

While the Bruins won’t make any lineup changes, the Penguins will have Cal O’Reilly in his lineup for the first time since he was claimed on waivers from Phoenix. O’Reilly will center a line with Steve Sullivan and Tyler Kennedy on the wings.
