WILMINGTON, Mass. — Lots of 1-on-1 battles during Bruins practice today at Ristuccia Arena.

At least when you do it in practice, a Bruins player is guaranteed to win each showdown. Last night in Buffalo, the Bruins barely won anyway en route to a 6-0 loss.

Despite the third-period line shuffling in Buffalo, Boston was back to the alignment that started the game — with David Krejci between Benoit Pouliot and Jordan Caron and Chris Kelly on the top line. Both Tim Thomas and Tuukka Rask practiced after splitting the debacle against the Sabres.
