Bruins coach Claude Julien confirmed Wednesday morning that both Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand were expected to return to the lineup against Buffalo at TD Garden.

Bergeron has missed six games, while Marchand was out two since his concussion last Wednesday. Bergeron suffered his concussion March 11 vs. Ottawa.

With Bergeron and Marchand back, you can expect Jay Pandolfo, Kaspars Daugavins and Carl Soderberg to be the healthy scratches up front.

•Soderberg took the morning skate with the Bruins and didn’t have much to say afterward. But after six years of waiting, the Bruins finally have the Swede in the fold. He won’t play against the Sabres.

•The Bruins, TD Garden, the NHL and NHLPA will combine to donate $250,000 to The One Fund Boston, which has been established to raise money for those families most affected by the twin explosions at the Boston Marathon Monday.

•The Bruins and Sabres have several in-game plans to show support for the victims and Brad Marchand is raffling off his luxury suite to support the Richard family of Dorchester. In all, expect an emotional night at the Garden.
