Bruins center David Krejci did not practice Tuesday and his availability for the season opener against the Philadelphia Flyers on Wednesday is up in the air.

Krejci suffered what was called by coach Claude Julien a “very, very minor” undisclosed injury in the preseason finale on Saturday. He played less than eight minutes in that game and then went on the Bruins’ team-building trip to Vermont.

So far, it has not healed as quickly as the Bruins had hoped. When asked Tuesday if he could’ve played in the game if the opener was a day early Krejci said, “No.”

“We’re being really cautious to make sure I’m 100 percent and good to go,” Krejci said.

Because he didn’t want to disclose the nature of the injury, Krejci wouldn’t say if he can play at less than 100 percent health.

In his place, the Bruins put Loui Eriksson with Carl Soderberg and Chris Kelly, and Milan Lucic skated with Ryan Spooner and Matt Fraser during practice at TD Garden.
