Most weren’t debating whether Adam McQuaid would get a suspension for his knee-on-knee hit on Nick Foligno Wednesday night, just how many games the Bruins defenseman would get.
Well, today McQuaid was let off basically with a warning.

WILMINGTON, Mass. – Bruins center David Krejci skated on his own prior to Bruins practice today at Ristuccia Arena, according to head coach Claude Julien.

WILMINGTON, Mass. — While center David Krejci remained off the ice during Bruins practice with his core injury, Adam McQuaid and Steven Kampfer re-joined their teammates today at Ristuccia Arena.

For the second time in five months Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid crashed into the end boards through no one’s fault but his own last night in Raleigh.

BOSTON — Fresh off their first home defeat since Game 1 of the Tampa Bay series last June, the Bruins practiced today at TD Garden with a full squad.
Among the group was defenseman Adam McQuaid, who also participated in the Bruins’ morning skate yesterday before he was scratched for the loss to Philadelphia.
Talk about living the dream.
The past month couldn’t have gone better for Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid.
If the top Halloween costume in New England this fall isn’t “Darth Quaider” then we have all failed.
VANCOUVER — If the Bruins are having a hard time finding playing time for defenseman Adam McQuaid, maybe they should give him the Zdeno Chara treatment.
BOSTON — Barring an unforeseen occurrence between this morning and 8 p.m. tonight, Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid will return to the lineup for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final against Tampa Bay.
WILMINGTON, Mass. — The next step in Adam McQuaid’s attempt to return to the lineup from a sprained neck was accomplished today, as he went through the entirety of a full-contact practice at Ristuccia Arena.
WILMINGTON, Mass. — While the Bruins had some gloomy news on center Patrice Bergeron today, the prognosis for defensemen Adam McQuaid and Steven Kampfer was better.
